Currently under development is the PolyCage™ centraliser (patent pending) composite centraliser, designed for use in tough down hole applications. The principal benefits are reduced torgue and drag (from full polymer body contact with the casing OD and polymer fins which contact the hole ID), plus the structural reinforcement of the “metal structure” which gives high compressive load resistance and eliminates swaging affects.
